Fashion Friday

Hi guys,

So basically fashion friday is where I show you my ootd/favorite pieces of clothing etc. Everything im wearing today is from primark, the accessories i got recently and the others before I went on holiday in March. It's a very summery easy going outfit and as im busy and catching a train to reading today I just wanted a simple outfit but to still look pretty when I got to my boyfriend haha.

Throwback Thursday

Hi Guys,

It's that time of the week to do a throwback thursday...

This is me, my mum (tracey), my dad (robert) & my brother in 1996 on a family holiday abroad. I was 2 years old there my mum and dad were together about 14 years and divorced when I was 14. I don't see my dad any more as his family don't want him to see me. I don't have a problem with that my mums a great person and shes like a mum, dad & sister all rolled up into one ha ha. James (my brother) I still see as he was my mums first child with a different bloke. So we still both live at home with my mum.

MOTD: Classic Red Lip

Mini Haul

Hi Guys,

So today i went to the shopping center with my best friend for a little retail therapy and for my friend a makeover because it ended in me dyeing her hair and styling it ha ha. And here's what i got...

 I absolutely love Yankee candles and how good of a scent they let off and how strong but not too strong they are. At the moment i do have the vanilla frosting which i will be showing in my august faves video but i thought id try out this one and it smells delicious and i want to get the really big one when my other runs out!!

 This is the boots tea tree & witch hazel facial peel strips. I have suffered with really bad blackheads and clogged pores ever since i first started wearing makeup and i also have oily combination skin so that doesn't help. And i have used every blackhead scrub etc in boots but i have heard really good feedback of, of these so i thought i would give them a try and see how they work.

 Now i got these because i am starting college again soon and obviously you need all of these and it cost me £3 woooo! I love a bargain and you can't go wrong with the pound shop i don't care what anybody says ha ha. 

 This is one of the hair accessories i got. I have seen a lot of people wear these and i think they look so good. But im not a girly girl and the pink flowery ones freak me out a little i like black ha ha. So when i saw this for only £2.50!!! I had to get it yay go me :) 

 This was the other hair accessory i got from primark i have got short hair so i have always been really jealous of girls that can wear these but i am having hair extensions put in soon so i can finally give one a go :)

Finally i got this ring from Primark which was in the sale for a £1 i had been checking it out for a while now but didn't know if it was my sort of thing but i must of been feeling daring today and finally got it ha ha. I love primark its my favorite shop my boyfriend calls it the devil because i'm in there every payday spending money :O naughty me! Things are so nice and cheap though :)

Anyway i hope you liked this mini haul and i'm sure there will be a lot more to come because i do A LOT of shopping ha ha. So if you like them stay tuned i post every Wed & Sunday :)

Hair Crimping Short Hair

Hi Guys,

So today i felt fed up with the same old straight hair style and wanted to switch it up and crimp it. I love this look its so simple to do and takes no time at all (probably depending on how much hair you have ha ha) because i have really short hair, especially on one side i sometimes get scared of doing different hairstyles but with the crimped look you can't go wrong! So below are two pictures of what the look, looks like. I love wearing bandannas but i normally wear them if i'm chilling in the house and without if i'm going out with friends.

What you need:

 Vidal Sasoon Maximum Hair Crimper

 Any color Bandanna (optional)

 VO5 Give me texture spray (optional)

 Bobby Pins & Hair Clips for sectioning hair

Tresemme Salon Finish Hairspray

Mini Haul

Hi Guys,

So this week i went shopping for a few bits at my local shopping retail place, and thought i'd do a mini haul and show you what i got. 

So this is the Barry M Eye shadow Pencil in Gold Cream i bought it in boots for around £5. I have been wanting to try out these color eye shadow pencils for a while because i think they look so good in the inner corner of your eye! So i have used it a couple of times now and i really like it, its really creamy and i love the shimmer it makes your eyes look bigger especially if your wearing a dark smokey eye. I don't think its as blend able as i would like it but it is highly pigmented too so it has more ups than downs.

So this is the Hedgehog Bristle brush in number 101. I got this brush because i am having glued in extensions next month and you need a bristle brush so it doesn't drag your extensions out. I have a couple of the hedgehog products and i really like them so i decided to give this ago.

This is the Boots ingredients coconut & almond leave-in conditioner for normal to dry hair. I got this because

of a couple of reasons 1. It was on offer for £1!!! 2.When i had bleached my hair before i used the intensive mask from this and it was really good so i thought i would give this one a try. I actually used it today for the first time and i do like it, my hair is soft and the ends of my hair don't feel as dry as they normally do. And it smells delicious!!

This is the Tresemme hairdryer that i got from Argos yesterday for about £30 (i think) it came with 2 attachments, 4 hair rollers & a blow out balm which i thought was really good because i love trying out new products. I did use the blow out balm today i could tell a difference with the volume in my hair but i didn't see a difference in anything else. The hair dryer though was very good and dried my hair fast.

The Boyfriend Tag/Awful Adventure

Hi Everybody,

So the other week, Friday 2nd August to be precise i traveled down to Wales. And it was nearly one of the most stressful journeys i have ever been on! Firstly because i had never traveled more than 5 miles out of my home town on my own and secondly i had never caught a train before never mind 2 in one day!! The getting to the train station was simple as it was a bus journey straight there then it was finding what platform you had to be on and where to stand. Well okay that was easy too. But as i got on my first train to Birmingham a dreadful thing happened and some poor man got hit by a train on the route we had to go down so we got delayed AN HOUR! So as i sat there next to a total stranger in the middle of no where i decided to look on You Tube and saw The Boyfriend Tag. I thought it was hilarious and i wanted to give it ago so i copied all the questions onto my phone ready for later. 

But as i got to Birmingham and was stood waiting for my next train to Hereford (where my boyfriend was picking me up) a stranger came up to me and asked "are you waiting for the train to Hereford" i said yes obviously and he replied "oh well its just gone it got changed to a different platform at last minute" so not only had i been delayed an hour already but now i had to wait another hour for the next train to Hereford grrrrr. So i think its safe to say my first experience on the trains wasn't a very good one, ha ha. 

But i got there in the end and luckily my boyfriend had our video camera we had bought for Disney World in his car so we videoed 'The Boyfriend Tag' or attempted you could say. Hi Guys, Welcome to my Blog!

 I am from England and i am studying Beauty Therapy and have a love for make-up, nails, fashion and giving lifestyle advice and D.I.Y crafts. I wanted to share with people my journey of becoming a beautician and to share my thoughts and knowledge with everybody.
